  Phantom Words
An illusion demonstrated by Diana Deutsch from the University of California. This is a recording of an overlapping sequence of repeated words in a stereo placement. You will start to hear phrases that do not really exist. You may find that the phantom words are connected to your subconscious – for example, people who are alcoholics often hear phrases associated with drink.
